Return and Exchange Policy
Customer may request for return or exchange if received faulty or defective product.
Return or exchange request are accepted if the following criteria are met:
- Product is returned in its original condition with packing list attached
- The product must keep in original packaging with all the accessories fully returned
- Product is unused and unaltered
KENCHIII will bear the shipment cost if meet the return and exchange policy.
New item for return or exchange will be processed if PASS the QC checking by KENCHIII QC team.
Customer can have option to exchange the product that is equal value or top up for higher value than previous product.
Return or exchange request are rejected if the following criteria shown:
- Defect of product other than the manufacturing defects
- File the return or exchange request out of allowed duration
- Return item arrive to KENCHIII out of allowed duration
Customers who fail to file for return or exchange request via customer service within 5 working days from the date of receipt may result in rejection of request.
Returned item fail to reach KENCHIII within 10 workings days upon confirmation from KENCHIII’s customer service.
If the returned item fail to meet the return and exchange policy, KENCHIII reserved the right to ship back the returned item to customer. The delivery fees will be borne by the buyer.
Steps to file for Return and Exchange:
- Contact KENCHIII customer service within 5 working days upon receiving the product
- KENCHIII customer service will contact you via email or mobile number in 1-2 working days
- Once you get approval from KENCHIII customer service, pack the product in its original condition with packing list attached.
- Send the return product to KENCHIII. Return address will be provided upon approval from KENCHIII customer service.
- KENCHIII QC team will perform inspection on the return product.
- Notification will be sent out via email or mobile number on the outcome in 2-3 workings upon receiving the return product.
- If meet the return and exchange policy, customer can have option to exchange the product that is equal value or top up for higher value than previous product with the delivery fees to KENCHIII and second delivery fees to customer will be borne by KENCHIII.
- If fail to meet the return and exchange policy, KENCHIII reserve the right to ship back the returned item to customer. The delivery fees to KENCHIII and second delivery fees to customer will be borne by the buyer.
